How does Santas Letters work?
It's really easy, fun and is guaranteed to delight any child. Order a Santa's Letter and then log in to create your own personalised letter from Father Christmas or Santa Claus (your preference). Your letter will be presented on high quality Conqueror paper with a traditional Father Christmas image and a customised letter to your child. You will be able to customise the letter to include the child's name, home town, street name, gift wanted plus a 'PS' note added to illustrate things only 'Father Christmas would know!'
When will my letter be delivered?
Santa's Letters will be sent out First Class by the 15th of December. We place the beautifully crafted letters into their specially-made envelopes, complete with stamp to look like the letter has come from Santa. This envelope will then be carefully put into a larger envelope that will be addressed to the parent. Under our money-back guarantee we guarantee that all letters will arrive before Christmas Day.
What payment options do you offer?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch (Maestro), Solo, JCB, Delta, and Electron payment cards. All credit card transactions are processed through our secure payment processor, WorldPay.

What is the latest date you will accept orders/require the customised letter data?
Last orders are mid day on Friday the 15th of December, 2006.
Please note you MUST ensure you also fully complete the process of supplying us with your customised letter data before this date.
After ordering, how do I supply you with the customised letter data?
Simply login to Santa's Letters using your username and password and follow the on-screen instructions to provide the data we need to customise each of your letters.
Can I change a letter once I've ordered it?
Once you have ordered you're free to log in and personalise the letter anytime you choose, until our deadline of noon on December 15th. Once you have submitted the personalised features your completed letter will be sent out to you, and so you will be unable to go back and make changes.
